are negotiable - buy in is negotiable. Partnership income is a combination
of revenue sharing and volume productivity. The practice was started 22
years ago. Their areas of expertise are cervical, lumbar, pediatrics and
stereotaxis work. They are all full time practitioners. They are heavy
volume.

they have 3 others in the department. They also have 2 PAs dedicated to N/S
as well. This is a physician owned group. Pediatric neurosurgery is a
definite as they have a drawing area of almost one million people and all of

them. The practice has been in the town for 20 years. They could be
looking for two people to join them. One of the docs does 800 cases per
year, the other 500. The one doing less does more spine cases, therefore,
does not do as many. They have a great need for someone to do peds.
Neither of these docs does peds and neither wants to do peds. The peds
would love to have a local surgeon treat the cases.

They have a brand new children's facility next to the main hospital. They
are licensed for a total of 560 beds typical census being 275 - 300. They
have good neuro equipment including stereotaxis. The town is 110k people
with 140k in the immediate area. 7 county draw for the hospital up to 250k
people with eastern third up to 450k people. They have an excellent icu
with 5 pulms working as hospitalists.

897 CNRA Quincy IL CRNA - Quincy, IL - We are a private group anesthesiology practice located
in Quincy Illinois working out of Blessing Hospital, which is a 270-bed
facility. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Anesthetist to join a
thirteen-provider practice that exclusively serves the hospital. We are
expanding our staff due to an increase in surgical volume because of a new
outpatient surgery center opening and the start of a Cardiac program at
Blessing Hospital.

The hospital is performing 9,000 major surgical procedures annually along
with a volume of 1100 deliveries. The anesthesia group provides 24-hour on
call by beeper for OB service. Call will be equally shared among the
providers with approximately 45 first calls annually. The provider will get
the next day off from the previous night call. The group has a staff of 7
CRNAs and has 6 MD anesthesiologists prior to this staff expansion. We are
searching for a CRNA provider to lighten call and operative volumes for each
practitioner in order to improve quality of life considerations.

Compensation is $110,000 with a signing bonus of $10k. Through our system
of paid call and working a reasonable call schedule, you can earn another
$30,000. In addition, we will contribute another $10k in tax-deferred
income to your retirement. That totals $160,000 in compensation.
Malpractice, health insurance for the entire family, paid vacation of 6
weeks, individual disability, and life insurances are standard benefits. We
offer over 60 paid days off with your vacation, holidays, and compensation
time for first call.

Quincy is located along the Mississippi River in West-Central Illinois. The
community boasts 50,000 residents with approximately 250,000 people in the
surrounding area. We are conveniently located less than two hours driving
distance from St. Louis. Amtrak runs to Chicago every day.

898 Anesthesiologist MO MO Anesthesiologist - Missouri - We work out of a 270-bed facility. The
hospital performs 9,000 major surgical procedures annually and has a volume
of 1200 deliveries. Our surgery volume has increased 20% in the last two
years. Call will be equally shared in our group that exclusively serves the
Quincy medical community. We take call on beeper. We are seeking our 7th
MDA provider and we have 6 CRNA providers.

We offer a very competitive salary and benefit compensation package.
Partnership will be offered in two years or less. Seven weeks of vacation,
paid holidays, contributions to retirement, paid CME, malpractice, health,
and disability are standard benefits in our employment package. There is a
bonus incentive program available for extra call coverage and pain
management clinic. In addition, the hospital will consider loan assistance
on behalf of recent resident graduates.

We live in a community of 50,000 residents in the immediate area with 90k in
the county and 300k in the surrounding area. We have AAA rated schools at
every level. Outstanding private schools are also available. Great
restaurants, shopping, lakes, parks, sporting events, and cultural
