They pay anywhere from $100k to $160k depending upon experience. They average about $20k in incentive pay annually. The preference would be to find a practitioner who can speak Spanish. About 50% of their patient base is hispanic. The FP needs to be willing to do OB and light inpatient work.

569	Family Practice		ID	FP Western Region, Idaho - Client seeking a family practice physician who does OB. There are 3 docs there currently and one is leaving. He is moving back to Colorado where he is going to join a partnership with a doc he trained with. The General Surgeon has been there for 25 years. The other FP joined last summer as a resident. He had a full practice at the end of 6 months. They do about 50 deliveries per year as a hospital and they want someone who knows how to do C sections. They will bring someone to the community as either a solo doc or employed. The doc who is leaving bills about $600k per year. They will pay $140k plus benefits or sponsor the physician into solo private practice with shared call with the other docs. They are a HPSA site and can do loan forgiveness as much as $60k per year. They see 20 patients per day on the average. They have an average census of 3 patients per day in the facility. They have no managed care. About 50% meds and 50% BCBS. They are in a valley location with 3500 people. 10k in the service area. They are 100 miles from Yellowstone, lots of springs and lakes. "Wheat Farming" is the biggest crop in the valley and the next valley over is potatoes. They have the second highest income per capita in the state. They have a ton of engineers and the school system is very strong. 90% Mormon all white community with 2% Hispanic. They staff the ER with residents. The docs are responsible for one weekend per month of call and one weekday per week of call.
576	Family Practice Internal Medicine			FP or IM, Western Region, Las Vegas, NV - We are seeking an Entrepreneurially minded physician to join 2 others in practice in Las Vegas. There have been several physicians join this practice. Most of the docs have moved back home, others have not wanted to remain in private practice. The majority of the work will be outpatient, although, the new associate should do hospital work as this will help build their practice. The two major hospitals will supply an income guarantee, typically in the $10k per month framework. Eventually, this opportunity will be one to share overhead with this person. After one year, he wants to split overhead and the expenses of running this practice. The hospital will want a 2 year commitment after the guarantee period. He will give 40% of net collections during the first year. They are collecting $130k each month between two providers and overhead is typically 55%. Clinic hours will be 8 - 8 and they are open Saturday from 8 - 12. They do Botox, Lazer Hair removal, integrative medicine such as clinical drug studies, weight loss, smoke cessation. They are looking for someone who will work with some of these programs. An entrepreneurial physician and profit motivated physician. They have 2 office locations. Pacific care is 20% of the practice or $25k per month. 70% of the practice is PPO with Nevada Healthcare, BCBS, State meds, 10% Cash. There are 15 employees in the practice with the practice seeing 35 to 75 patients per day averaging about 25 per day per physician. The office is 4400 square feet with 9 exam rooms. They admit 15 patients per month. The buy in to partnership will be about $25k. They have about $100k in equipment.
